How we keep the community safe

Every member is verified before they join, every conversation starts with intention, and a real team watches over the community every day. No one joins without proving they are who they say they are. Every profile is reviewed by a real person before it goes live — so the people you meet are real.
Invitation-first messaging
Conversations begin with a thoughtful written invitation, not a one-tap connection. This keeps every invitation intentional and cuts down on unwanted contact.
No numbers, links, or money requests
Sharing phone numbers, external links, or asking for money is strictly prohibited. Our filters flag these automatically and moderators step in fast.
Report & block anytime
Every profile and conversation has report and block controls one tap away. Blocking is instant and private — the other member is never notified.
A human moderation team
Reports aren't handled by an algorithm alone. A trained team reviews every flag, takes action, and follows up when something needs a closer look.
Privacy by default
Your verification documents are never shown to other members, and your contact details stay private until you choose to share them off-platform.
Reporting & moderation
If something feels off, reporting takes a single tap. From any profile or conversation you can flag a member, tell us what happened, and block them instantly — they're never told you did.
Every report goes to our moderation team, where a real person reviews the account, the conversation history, and any pattern of behaviour across the platform. Depending on what we find, we may issue a warning, restrict an account, or remove a member permanently. Urgent safety concerns are prioritised and reviewed the same day.
We'll always follow up on a report when we can, and we work with the appropriate authorities when a situation calls for it. Your trust is the most important thing we protect.
