Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

UDS is a private dating community open only to people aged 30 and over. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 30 years old.

2. Membership & billing

Membership is billed at $1,000 per year and renews annually unless cancelled before your renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Acceptable use

Harassment, impersonation, explicit or illegal content, and requests for money are strictly prohibited. You may not share phone numbers, links, or solicitations through the platform.

4. Verification

Every member must complete identity verification before their profile becomes active. Submitting false or stolen documents is grounds for permanent removal.
